Painting Inc. four years ago. Tony Jarvis has 14 years of Painting experiences in New York City and works with a crew of talented painters, plasterers and paperhangers. They do everything from wallpaper removal, skim coating, stripping, oil-and water based brush, roll or spray applications as well as wallpaper and canvas hanging.
