FAUX FINISHES
The term "trompe l'oeil", which refers to faux finishes such as marble, stones, tortoiseshell, traditional and exotic woods can be used to describe this approach because the finish is so accurately rendered that the eye is "fooled" into thinking it is real. Based on the very precise and detailed "French Style" of the 17th, 18th and 19th Century, our techniques are perfect for matching existing finishes that can no longer be found or easily installed.

Please feel free to ask for a separate reference list.
